in the Sixth Circuit. Wrote the petition for certiorari which was
accepted by the Supreme Court and co-ordinated amici briefs.
Represented coalition of environmental and farming organizations on
litigation concerning scope of Plant Varieties Protection Act. Asgrow Seed
