David Masselli has been engaged in the practice of law for thirty years,
with an emphasis on complex litigation. Mr. Masselli has conducted trials in
federal and state courts, successfully argued appeals before federal and state
appellate courts, and participated in cutting edge intellectual property cases
before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Masselli's litigation practice focuses on disputes over
intellectual property rights, including the protection of confidential
information and trade secrets, representation of both debtors and creditors in
chapter 11 bankruptcy, civil and criminal RICO, and
resolution of corporate disputes. He advises businesses on issues
arising during formation, tax elections, shareholder relations, and litigation.
